4. Use of Services
- You agree to use Googleline services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- You may not use our services to engage in fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or any activity that disrupts the platform.
- Googleline reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for misuse, including spamming, hacking, or posting defamatory content.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments for recharges and bill payments are processed through secure payment gateways compliant with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
- You authorize Googleline to debit your selected payment method for the transaction amount.
- Payments are subject to the terms and policies of the respective service providers (e.g., mobile operators, DTH providers).
- In case of transaction failure, Googleline will initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy, subject to the service provider’s terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on Googleline, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Googleline or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Googleline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of our services due to factors beyond our control, such as network issues or third-party service disruptions.
8. Termination
- Googleline may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.
- You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your account data may be retained as per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
